看他的背景似乎没有太惊艳的地方

他在cmu做过3年博后，两个导师其中一个还是Associate Research Professor。
publication似乎也没有太惊艳的地方

一篇Inorganic Chemistry的一作，一篇Hyperfine Interactions的一作（这个杂志真
的没听说过），一个书的章节Book Chapter in Mössbauer Spectroscopy:
Applications in Chemistry, Biology, Nanotechnology, Industry, and
Environment。其它还有几篇挂名的文章。
可能的亮点在于一篇2014年science的二作，一篇2013年science的三作，都是他做第二
轮博后， penn state时发出来的。但是他入职的时间是2013年，也就是说2012年就要
申请，那么2014年science的二作肯定没有发出来，2013年那篇science三作也应该没发
出来。他准备申请材料的时候假定是2012年下半年，似乎文章比较普通。
感觉他博士再到在cmu的博后期间都不算太惊艳，而他申请用的应该是这些经历，penn
state的博后经历太晚了用不上。哪位了解的给俺们指点一下迷津。让俺们这些准备申
请AP的人也知道如何增加成功的可能性。 |
