但是基线的水平比较高。
我就drop solution 到 glass slide上面,然后迅速的测了几个谱图。在这个过程中,
随着溶液的挥发,玻璃板上面的溶液逐渐变干得到一层薄膜。 各个状态的普图如下,
有经验的大哥大姐小弟小妹请帮忙分析一下。为什么到固体状态(thin film)就没
有最大吸收峰了? |

g***0 发帖数: 436 | 4 UV的基线高有可能是由于样品中存在不能溶解的particle,导致光被散射而不是被吸收
你的情况很可能就是这样,随着溶液的挥发,析出的particle越来越多,散射越来越严

of your spectra are not really meaningful to start with.
the two spectra with weaker absorption are meaningful and do have some
features around 330-400 nm. your baseline is terrible (should be close to
0). Either your control (i assume you used a dual beam uv-vis) is bad, or
like someone said you've lots of scattering which caused light loss. |

f******n 发帖数: 137 | 8 I guess it might be caused by the scattering of large particles crashing out
during the evaporation of the solvent. There is nothing wrong with the
instrument itself because it always give some reasonable spectra for
solutions.
