I have a silmiar problem, and the solvent is encapuslated inside polymer.
Here is what I did:
A polymer (Tg ~ 270C) with 1% N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) solvent residue.
This polymer can dissolve in THF, but not in water, methanol and acetone. We
