(red) tubing and the smaller (2mm) suppressor as opposed to the macrobore (
black) tubing and the larger diameter suppressor (4 mm).我们现在用的是ICS-
1000的Ion Chromatography,需要把apatite里的calcium, ammonium and sodium分离出
来。我已经给dionex的technician service 打了很多次电话，他们都说啥样的
suppressor 配啥样的tubing就行，除了flow rate不一样，其他的好像没什么区别，但
是老板还是觉得肯定有advantage和disadvantage，想找出我们到底应该用2mm的
suppressor还是4mm的？

发帖数: 445 | 2 你们的柱子是多大直径？2mm就用2mm的suppressor，这个主要是压力问题，4mm柱子配
2mm suppressor压力会太大，2mm柱子配4mm suppressor也会back pressure不够影响分
离。

发帖数: 1114 | 3 但是我们是3mm的柱子，CS 12A-5µm (3×150mm)和CG 12A-5µm (3×30mm).
这种情况用什么样的柱子比较好呢？
