Is U238 has 10 times better efficiency in produce electricity/energy than
U235? Is nuke proliferation the only obstacle to put it in use and resolve
world energy crises? Do the scientific community has enough knowledge and
technology to use it safely? Should we all promote it? Please advice. Thanks
