modem leasing fee. they insisted that our modem is theirs, and I said I have
a chat transcript from their representative that the modem is ours and we
should not be charged a fee. they asked me to provide the name of the modem,
I checked my modem, there is no name on it, then the cs said then my modem
is not on the proved list.....then I said forget it, just cancel my service.
she then transfer me to the supervisor, the supervisor told me the modem
should end at 3852, and I checked the number, it's s/n ended with 4150.they
asked me again what the name of the modem, I said no name on it. they asked
me if there is a mac on it, and I said yes, they asked if it ended with 3852
, I said yes, she then said the modem is theirs....
刚才怎么也找不到中文输入了,打了好多英文....
想问,大家都是用twc吗？没有其他的选择吗？他们cs的态度特别不好，等电话也要等超
过一个小时，现在无论如何这个modem都是他们的了，我们要cancel service就必须把
modem还回去，可是我记得我当时自己给那个安装的人这些东西，他把自己的收回去了
，我记错了？还有，我们31号打电话，他们说可以给个discount，我今天再问，就说啥
都没有。。。我们现在48一个月，从34.95一路涨上来的 |

当初来信里面说为了维持好的服务和新的设备，所以要收钱。那最起码应该来个新的
modem吧。明显给装的都是recycle不知道多少年的老猫。

他们没收月租,而且主动把十月收的月租退给我,十二月起也没有月租.我还以为他们已
经知错能改了. |

modem leasing fee,然后给upgrade到higher speed，这个价格持续6个月，6个月后升
到38.95 包括leasing fee，总算不枉我昨天晚上打了一晚上的电话，当然也着实被郁
闷了一把。。。

用上了就还算稳定。正在苦等ATT U-verse在我们这里开通。 |

ddw2600路由/modem后解决。
