同意他们超额收费.我立刻查了查其他公司的保费,才发现我如果从Allstate转到Geico,
同样的保险package,保费可以降低超过一半.三年前我还是从Geico转到Allstate的,看
来保险公司很难说哪家一定便宜.还是得每隔些时间就换一次.
Dear Customer:
We're writing to let you know that, at the most recent renewal of your auto
policy, your insurance rates are higher than those determined by the North
Carolina Rate Bureau. We know that this is not welcome news, but we want to
provide you with more information about this change.
We Need Your Consent to Continue Coverage
As you may know, in North Carolina the rates for auto insurance coverage are
established according to one of two different scenarios. They follow either
the North Carolina Rate Bureau's manual rates or your insurance company
determines the rate.
Since the premiums we're offering you for this policy are higher than the
North Carolina Rate Bureau's manual rates, we need your consent to continue
your policy as it was originally issued. That's why we've enclosed a "
Consent to Rate" form, which will serve as an acknowledgment that you accept
the policy and rate we're offering.
Your Next Steps
• Please complete, sign and return the enclosed "Consent to Rate"
Form to us using self-addressed, postage-paid envelope provided in this
mailing.
• You also have the option to fax the form back to us at:1-888-955-
8362. If you choose to fax the form, please be sure to fax only the page
entitled "Consent to Rate." Please do not fax any other pages or cover
sheets
• Please keep a copy of this form for your records.
Please note that if we don't receive a copy of your "Consent to Rate" form
by 09/08/2012, we will not be able to continue your physical damage
coverages. "Physical damage coverages" refers to any applicable coverage
under Part D, "Coverage for Damage to Your Auto" of your policy. However, if
we receive the form after 09/082012, we will add physical damage coverages
to your policy on the date we receive the completed form. Please note that
if we receive a completed form from you after this date, the coverage may
not be reflected on your subsequent Policy Declarations. If physical damage
coverages are not shown, we suggest you contact your Allstate representative
to verify that the coverages are on your policy. | v***v
