这篇wsj其实说的挺好的，广告现在被gdpr分为了2类，一类没有user consent的non
personal data，一类是基于user consent的personal data， 在广告市场总需求一定
的情况下，前者因为targeting能力增强而demand更高从而更有竞争优势和价格优势。
这显然是有利于GF。Google FB及其他player，只要有能力获取user consent，基于
personal data的广告会因为gdpr的分割而变得更值钱。
GF的垄断力量，在这里面起到了至关重要的作用，Google的广告exchange平台在这个产
业链里有足够强的话语权，这使得Google能够成为GDPR的police并把获取gdpr consent
的burden推给publisher，自己摇身一变做了GDPR的警察。 FB跟G不同的是，FB自己投

同意他们超额收费.我立刻查了查其他公司的保费,才发现我如果从Allstate转到Geico,
同样的保险package,保费可以降低超过一半.三年前我还是从Geico转到Allstate的,看
来保险公司很难说哪家一定便宜.还是得每隔些时间就换一次.
