按说需要做的，但是网上看，说
If you’re moving to North Carolina from another state, you will be allowed
to register your vehicle without an initial inspection. When your next
annual registration renewal is due, you must have the vehicle inspected up
to 90 days prior to the plate expiration date.
我的车要明年9月才需要更新注册，这样我明年7月以后注册就可以了?
可我在外州的inspection这个月到期，会有问题吗?
我新注册的Registration card 上说，我的inspection明年8月到期。
我现在需要做inspection吗? 还是等到明年8月(省30多刀?呵呵)?

发帖数: 1385 | 2 如果你已经注册了，车牌上右上角贴了红色2012，左上角贴了月份，那你就不需要
inspection了。

是啊，已经贴了2012， 左上角是8，就是说，明年8月以前做inspection就好了吧?

For out-of-state vehicles with title held by a recorded lienholder, submit
the following:
Current Out-of-State Registration Card
Odometer Reading (Required if vehicle is less than 10 years old.)
Title Application ( MVR-1 )
Declare all liens, Notarization Required.
Declaration of Eligible Risk ( MVR-615 )

For this one, Declare all liens, Notarization Required.
Do we need to do the notarization before going to DMV?

入计算机然后打印的

首先要有北卡的正式驾照。其它要注意的，如果你的车有2个车主(比如你配偶和你)，
所有要带的与第2人有关的文件都必须2人签字并公证。
走了这么多州，北卡是最麻烦的。不服不行啊。TNND. |
