Drive, Durham, NC). This apartment is available from around next Wednesday
(22nd June) to the 24th September. The apartment is located in 4514
Emerald Forest Drive, very close to 54/55 and south point. The room is on
the second floor and near the leasing office. The environment is perfect.
The rent is $535, including water, and parking. Free gym and swimming
pool. Air condition is by electricity (around $20/month). 500+ square
feet.
You don't have to pay for the several days of rent in June. I also have
some furniture free for use, including a queen size bed (mattress, box and
frame) and dinner table with 4 chairs.
You will probably bring your working/income proof for the leasing office
to rent the apartment.
