For a list of SE conferences, please see:

You can tell their reputation roughly by the acceptance ratios.
Like other areas, ACM's conferences seem to have higher reputation than
IEEE's conferences. ACM also has much fewer conferences than IEEE.
SE overall:
Premier: ICSE and FSE
Top: ASE
Ok: FASE
SE specific area:
Testing and Analysis: ISSTA
