Demo is used to demonstrate working systems. The 3 pages is just demo
proposal --- i.e. what you will show to the audience. Usually the technical
details of each system will be published in one or more additional paper.
If you have implemented a novel system, having demo for such a system will

all the conference paper can have a corresponding demo. |
