switching to IB. It may be comparable right now, but it will be hugely
different 5 years down the road. Of cause, you are not guaranteed to get in.

after 3 years being a trader, you probably should think about changing to
another job. If I remember correctly, the top trader on Wall Street made
more than the CEO of Goldman last year. |

of course, it also depends on what desk you work for and the macro economy.
Traders make money through the spread and trading volume.
