is handled by copywriter; but how to segment visitors, produce personalized
pages, communicate with databse, ... are programer's job.
Our company ever paid $100,000 to design kitchen only for site design.Can you
believe that? They do make good amount of money...

class of arts work. Arts work is difficult to evaluate. I just want that I can
get only one each year such kind of project. Then I can play aroudn doing
whatever I like.

traffic to your website, it is worthy of it. Be open minded, in this world,
technology is always the second to the market. No market, no money. No money,
no talk. Personally, a good CEO should be a good sales man first.
