上查下来一堆，但基本上是从来没听过的公司。

发帖数: 31 | 3 VeriSign didn't have such service before it purchased Signio.
the credit card processor does not check name, exp date,
address, security number etc. just a card number is enough.
even worse, it does not go to the bank to validate the number
at real time. you can be fooled that the charge is authorized,
but can't get the money later. They have fraud screen, but
totally useless so far.

a valid one. This is only useful if the actual processing is manually done.
