With no more information, I would suppose 3NT is a common-sense natural bid.
Then I wouldn't blame you if you passed 3NT, which is quite reasonable.
Considering it's silly not to 2 over 1 with a good red suit, this hand is
not promising. it's not a surprise if we have to lose at least 1 trick in
the plain suit, and I am not sure if we have trump loser either.
My choice now is 4NT as an invitation. If that's not going to be understood,
I'd
seriously consider passing.
