What do you do with:
1. weak hand, want to compete to 3s
2. invitational hand, ask pd to bid 3n or 4s.

I think it is an invitational hand, but PD could pass or bid 3N or 4S.
for int and 3 level, there is no need to bid with weak hand.
for game forcing, XX will do the job
I think XX is game hand just not forcing :)
Of course, all pass 2SXX will be your best result.

heart stopper.
