Top school district in NH, beautiful countryside with many scenic drives. 20
minutes to all the shopping you would ever need (Costco, Market Basket,
Merrimack Premium Outlets...).
House has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms including the in-law apartment. 4.0
acres lot with peach, apple and other fruit trees.
House located at a circle close to 1 mile for good casual walking, and at
the foot of a huge conservation area for year round hiking/snowshoeing.
Monthly rent is 3500$, with tenant responsible for utilities. Rent will be
3000$ if only renting the main house excluding the in-law apartment (owner
will use it for storage so you still have all the privacy).
Ready for moving in any time this summer with one month advance notice. |
