已签P&S,就等CLOSING了,所有LOAN都弄好了.
昨天收到卖家经纪要求 share appraisal,原因是对方trust需要appraisal,如果对方现
在弄,需要little time,暗示要延迟closing date.
卖家当时是700k开价,我们一口答应的,现在估价是800k,所以有点不是太想share,虽然
已经sign p&s了.
请问各位有什么好提议?还是觉得给了没事?谢谢.
