Today’s 30 yr rate (assuming credit score over 740)
Loan amount: $350,000 – 400,000
Loan to purchase price: 80%
Closing date: within 30 days
30 yr no point no closing cost: 4.5%
30 yr no point with closing cost (closing cost = $2,250 + loan amount x
0.25%): 4.375%

Is it equivalent to: 4.375%+ 0.25% + $2,250= 4.625% + $2,250?
So it is much higher than 30 yr no point no closing cost: 4.5% !!
