假如下周必须开始贷款申请，但是现owner要求十二月中才搬出去，这会有什么问题吗
？不是说rate lock只有三十天吗？那closing date能拖那么久吗？还是说，贷款搞定
以后什么时候close都可以？这种情况下如何申请贷款比较好？

owner 是close之前还之后搬出去。利率最多可锁120天。But the longer you lock,
the higher the rate. So you can start the application without locking the
rate, and you can lock the rate when it gets closer to your closing date.
And is your P&S signed yet? Normally we don't lock the rate until P&S signed
anyway.
