Looking for someone to take over my lease. I have lived here for 1.5 years
and really like it. Amazing charles river views from both living room and
bed room. Have to move due to personal plan changes. You would sign the
lease directly with management office for 1 year. Starting from 2/1 but it
is negotiable, may be earlier or later (earliest possible move-in date is 1/
20/12).

- Security deposite (1 month rent) + 1st month rent are required to move in
