lease，当时我们在lease上写着automatically renew every 6 months。也就是说
lease在12月才刚刚auto-renewed，现在续期才过了两个月，换言之说是自动续期之后
还没到期。我知道NYC一般rent increase都不超过1%，但不知麻省是否有监管机制。这
个情形是要给他还是不要？ |

跟你谈的。”， 如果房东有你房门的钥匙，你要把 lease 存放在朋友处，免得房东偷
了你的租约原件修改或者销毁。 |

发帖数: 643 | 9 如果以前的 contract expire 了， 就是 Tenant at will, 双方都有都可以提前 30
天终止或改变。
仔细看一下你的 contract , 有没有明确说是自动续签， 自动续签的条件是什么。 如
果符合自动续签， 那就是可以不理， 最好还是沟通一下， 找个解决办法。
麻州没有 Rental Control, contract expire 以后，房东有权增加房租， 没有限制
