另外一回事。照你这么说，应该没有房子卖的比造价低的了？这种情况美国多得很。
你列的这房子06年造好，现在没卖出去本身就说明一些问题。

1。大路边，Main St，想想都知道地价就应该接近0
2。旁边的邻居房子非常一般，
3。这个房子真正的listing date是6/26/2008,卖了一年没卖掉，到2/3/2010重新开始
卖，到了9/17/2010降到53.5w，到了今年1/14/11换了agent，重新卖，也就是说这个房
子其实已经卖了2年半多了，53.5w已经维持了4个月了，listing price 从70w一直降到
53.5w.你以为别的买家都很愚蠢么？

但是不会高几倍，所以如果你看看德州的房子，就知道造价其实是多高了，
