注意看具体condo所属的town.所属brookline的估计还是要比boston的高个几万？所属
brookline的有没有parking slot也会有个几万的差别吧？我没查，瞎说不负责任的。
coolidge corner是brookline中心之一了吧，商业繁华，小资云集。那边的two-
bedroom差不多40万左右？房子老但是因为是很结实的brownstone所以应该还好，不过
没parking slot这点不好搞。
我当时买预算内的brookline condo的时候,一个是要注意地方，离上班能走路就到最好
,不然也要临近T (<10 min walk)。这个很容易满足。二要有parking slot，在美国因
为买房子没车位所以没车用还是不太爽的，brookline又很变态，不让街趴。(coolidge
corner只好排除)。三房子如果是木结构就不能太老，砖房可以放宽。四condo fee不

150万以上，不过那会还有south brookline60-70-80万的小房子sfh，现在south
brookline的小sfh没有了，剩下的north brookline也贵了些。我个人觉得住brookline
就得住north brookline；住south brookline交通和购物方便程度不太好，好多路的人
行道也没有。 |

Brookline 最近有一栋新上市的short-sale, 3室，1卫，接近1200尺的居住面积。屋主
2006年$429,000 买进，现在要价$415,000.
这栋condo的优点主要有：
1． 地理位置
这套公寓房处在Brookline市中心，离Brookline Village地铁站只有半个路口，而且离
学校，图书馆，医院，饭店，playground等都非常近，及其方便。
2． 高顶
这栋房子是1855年建造的，但是maintain的非常好。房子看上去不但不陈旧，而且更多
了一份那个年代的味道。尤其是老房子的高顶以及大气的布局设计。
3． 布局
与很多现代设计的condo不同，这套公寓房进门有一个很正式的foyer，厨房设计在卧室
的尽头，多了一份privacy。而且厨房非常宽敞，不但和dining room 相连，而且本身

little corner这个我们家老大去了,好处是6:30下班,可以晚点下班去接.
老师都挺好的.就是地下室,孩子也多,我们家老大语言迟钝,需要关心多些,
在这里不是很适合.
这家分好几个地方,harvard st和harvard ave路口,我们家老大去的,
地下室preschool,楼上是infant,
然后马路斜对面一个房子专门preK,然后刚买下walgreen对面一个原来韩国馆子店面,
不知道改成什么了,另外在cypress和washington路口还有一个也叫他们这个名字,
不知道是不是个分店.
marion 路上那个,靠近beacon,是个俄国人开的,她原来在allston开了fairy tale,
给排挤走,又开了这个,brookline的俄国人蛮多的.
那些带学校名字的,什么drescol,devotion,pierce,lawrence应该都是brookline的
BEEP brookline early education program,需要你们能进入这个系统,我们老大从

center或者chestnut hill T附近的newton，如果开车尽量避免9号路，路窄到堵，连周
末都不畅通。但是north brookline，比如coolidge corner，brookline village或者
靠近bu那块的brookline啥的肯定比newton方便啊，不过那些小学貌似有overflow的问
题，不知道能不能上到你想上的学校还得具体去问。newton现在好多小学都要马上拆掉
重建或者装修，过程要1，2年。所以现在都被调剂到newton一些比较新的学校去上学，
弄完再会划片学校上学，所以现在非常紧张，这些都要具体根据你租到的apt地址具体

Brookline贵是因为学区好，但是应该不会有要用学区的人住１br吧？那么１br的condo
在brookline应该没有２br的市场好对吧？到时候想卖是否也会难出手呢？
如果出租的话，估计要租到１８００／mon， 但是听说brookline的租房市场不是很大
，没有brighton allston那么热，那到时候想出租应该也不容易吧？

newton 好多地区还不方便。Brookline犹太人比较多，感觉newton华人更多，毕竟
newton相对性价比要高些。其实我觉得真没差，尤其是小学，要说location，除了
south brookline，brookline还是要比newton更方便。 |

声明不是打广告，觉得如果有需要希望很快能拿到驾照，这个学校是个不错的选择。
以下是个人经验，希望能够有用。
先说下价格，不知道会不会有变化，建议大家还是打电话去确定一下
约一次考试是120刀
约一次一对一的课程 一个小时 60刀
约路考可以约在周六，路考的地点在brookline high school，绿线坐到brookline
hill走路两三分钟就可以到考场。
考试的地方就只有这一个驾校的考生和车。
这个考场是在一个小区里，基本上就是做完几个考点动作就可以转个弯回到终点也就是
起点。
考试时候使用驾校的车。考试要点非常明确，只要能做到了，基本就没有什么问题。
要点等下会说明。
再说一下，一对一的一小时课程。如果是不太熟悉麻州考试规则的童鞋，很建议去上这
个课程。非常有用，教练没有一句废话，所有的都是在告诉你动作怎么做，以及练习。
而且完全是针对考试的练习，只要按照教练的要求做到了，基本上都是可以通过的。
好啦，来说一下基本的动作要求吧。这个也是根据教练的要求总结的，只是给大家做个

我个人觉得如果钱多，还不如直接上sfh，brookline便宜的sfh大概1.3-1.4米也够了，
说的是02445-02446那附近，不是南边墓地附近
牛顿和brookline去cambridge都不方便，要过河
如果剑桥南部,brookline好一些，走BU桥绕小路
另一个方向是从西边绕，直达北剑桥，那样住牛顿可能方便些
不过总体来说local交通是倒胃口的不行 |

给安排到这边来上学,不然麻省会消减brookline的学校拨款.路过看到brookline high
里黑人学生比例还是挺高的.不是说黑人孩子一定不行,但相对于住在brookline的这些

一层住户：Harvard访问学者；三层中国房东，十分nice；二层是BU女访问学者和BU女
