以工作地点(Natick?)为中心在找。住的靠城近换工作容易些。其实你东边也可以看看

- Tax. The highest in MA.
- Private septic system (this is common in rural area though)
- Commute. If you do not work in Natick or Needham, it is always hard to get
out. If you know you will stay with your job for a long time, maybe it is
not an issue.
- Relatively old, houses and people
- Be aware of wet land.
Other choices towards east:
Needham, Newton, Wellesley, Dover, Westwood...

Basically the flooding will run once every few years (5-10).
This year is pretty bad, and 2001 is ever worse.
and towns like Wayland will be like Venice for couple weeks then.

Sudbury是1.6%， wayland是1.8%
sudbury也差不多都是private septic
sudbury学区要好一点，环境要漂亮一点
flooding zone两个区差不多
