located in the middle of Amazon campus and you will see people who are
younger than you making 2-3 times as much money if not more (and free banana

programming就不用再学了。我也知道去industry能挣更多钱，不过还是喜欢学术界的
氛围。

发帖数: 15 | 10 另外提一句我老板天天忽悠我医学院/non-profit research institute的位置比生物系
的好，因为不用教课。在我老板眼里，做科研反正需要申请经费，而自己的工资对于整
个实验室的运营成本来说只是一小部分，所以教科上花的时间不如用来申请经费。估计
是他established了所以才有这种想法吧。

NIH cap the indirect. They will all be out of business.

但我当时是为了考察NEU-Seattle；无意发现，原来大名鼎鼎的Institute of Systems
biology就在隔壁。
感觉就是两栋楼的样子。在城市中心。周围感觉挺好的。
如其他人说的，这是个适合改行做计算的地方，距离Amazon campus非常近
至于学术，我就不了解了。
