试了一下Life Tech的iBlot (not iBlot2)，用他家的stacks， 比较方便，转膜效率还
行，就是有不少artifacts。有没有好的推荐？ |

发帖数: 2939 | 6 I guess the artifacts were generated from rollings. It was my first time
using this system. Probably I need to practice more.
Do you usually roll the membrane when it is wrapped out from its package? I
rolled couple times since I saw some bubble-like things in the membrane on
the matrix. When I transferred gels onto the membrane, I rolled again to get
rid of bubbles. And filter paper again. I am not sure whether these rolling
steps generated some artifacts.
One more thing is I saw some greenish on the edges of the membrane. Are they
from the copper nets?
