户报价的时候,会强调Ab的质控标准.
要保证检测拿到条带,不是几百元的package能做下来的,目前只有药厂才有资源下那样
的定单.

但是也没有听说他们笑话食堂每天feed千万人的师傅.
现在国内CRO如雨后春笋,真正能challenge GenScript又有几个?
业内说起GenScript的成本管理,都是树大拇指的.

仪器公司什么的,我不好多说,有机会可以问问life tech sales为什么会卖,VWR的sales

老哥一看就是有见识的.
做business的就是靠业绩吃饭.
GenScript做为年轻的公司,做到今天这一步,在业务上能和行业里头大佬公司竞争,相当
难得.
我对这个公司和其创始人是只有佩服的.最赞的是GenScript的commercial team,有魄力
启用没多少经验的人.早期的销售团队,很多人都已经活跃在margin更高的行业.
现在是整个制药大环境不好. funding紧张,life tech卖了,药企裁员.
做为这个行业的一员,只有明明白白看路,踏踏实实做事,才能逆流而上.
版上的朋友,在学术上能有建树的,要坚持下去.
准备转行的,要趁早.
相干commercial的,要看自己有没有料.
这两天在读行业报告,碰巧看到这个帖子,就多说了几句.报告读完了,用马云的话和大家

职位technical support／account manager 需要和美国的客户联系，意味着晚上经常
加班到12点。
公司大概在 南京市孝陵卫， 房价不知大概什么范围，那个大虾指点一下。
尝试了半年美国公司的位置，没什么回应。
不知这样低的薪水，值得回吗？ |

When I said GenScript is a "good company" I was referring to their current
financial status and company profile because it seems they have good money
flow right now.
However I would have no idea about how they would treat their staffs, or

因为基因内部有10几个在蛋白质水平高度重复的序列，需要去掉稀有密码子，降低DNA
水平重复序列程度

而且bonus是和业绩挂钩的.
不过mkt/sales是绝对需要talent的,
skills可以acquire和develop,
但是,"所有人都能做commerical team的工作"是传销界才有的美丽神话.
这几年,大环境原因,一个opening出来candidate pool很快就saturate.
水涨船高,拿到offer的都是很优秀的人才. |

知道的多点儿。没有个5年销售经验的很难进到大型公司的销售队伍里去，根本就没机
会谈到base高低。而且好的和一般的销售们的收入差别大了去了，但他们base能差多少
？干销售的如果只纠结于base，只能说这人不太适合销售这一行。
另外，quintiles的销售据我所知base也没比其它公司高。
