have to pass the review section to get funded. A famous scientist who
publishes in my opinion hard to reproducible results (i.e. junks) for the
last decades who I recently criticized on the forum clearly have an non-
fundable score for an RO1 last year. Guess what, he pulls his string and
got funded (I'm no body and cannot do anything, but he sure po some other
big bulls even in his on department).
