发帖数: 1359 | 7 The book is an overkill for biologist. I use the book for 7 years now, but
still haven't got time to read every chapter of it. The first 5 chapters are
enough for a biology researcher who really wants to understand FLIM.
This handbook was written by a chemist. Examples in the book were often
taken from chemistry applications not biological applications. FLIM in
biological sample has its unique issues, which are not covered in this book.
For serious FLIM users, I suggest "FLIM Microscopy in Biology and Medicine
" , if one already finished the first 5 chapter of "Principles of
Fluorescence Spectroscopy".
