Just say that
"Volumes are for 10 cm x 10 cm (100 cm2) of membrane; for different sized
membranes, adjust volumes accordingly."

的看得挺清楚的。 |

I agree with that.
I used 4-15% geadient and 0.45um membrane (.2 is better) and tested 7KD
protein without any problem.
