比方说我熟悉的MEF,会有一定比例随机地进入细胞周期(而不是统一进入周期),
所以同步后过了一段时间就又是乱七八糟的了

s****9 发帖数: 932 | 5 My understanding is that the complete medium with serum sometimes contains
the ligand that can bind to your chemotaxis receptor, which cause receptor
internalization and desensitization. Incubate them for 15-30min in medium
without serum or starve them overnight will resensize the migration and
increase receptor expression. If you are sure your culture medium does not
contain the ligand, you do not need to starve them.
