华人老板评价的影响而专门避开华人老板和来自小国家的移民教授。结果发现这些美国
佬教授基本都是道貌岸然的伪科学家。虽然不排除极个别弄虚作假的，靠坑蒙拐骗上位
的华人还真的很少。

decent: Very smart and capable, willing to help/compromise at critical times
... the problem is their interpersonal/communication skill...too direct and
a bit on the tough side...Other than that, they are in general better than
the average...

backgrounds PD or PhD student
(Including Indian)
so almost asian PD and PhD student with non-english native speaking
backgrounds are their second choice.
Only those can not find better candidate PI lastly selected Asian PD or PhD
student with non-english mother tongue
later when one or some argue/conflict happened soon that PI might think his/her PD or PhD
student is not
suitable to his/her already has been awarded that position, then anything can happen...
One suggestion:
originally from non-native english speaker PI (German or
Scottish Irish some French a little italian and spanish) US PI
may better treat asian PD and PhD student from non-english native speaking
countries/area as same as english mother tongue backgrounds.

都没激情的老板啊
当然个别故意说谎的是例外
第二条。。。说不定老板还嫌咱们大手大脚不知道funding来的不容易呢
