till now, arrayCGH (high density multiplex chip) is still cheaper than NGS
(hiseq2000 + bar coding) for large genome(>Gb). but NGS will win in the
future for sure

我现在其实是在为rotation做准备。
我很想找到相关的tutorial,给一些实例来看看到底是如何一步步从拿到的data
format开始分析,需要哪些软件,要写什么样的code等等。。。就是现在就是个blind
的状态,只知道这个NGS这个东西,知道一些general的concept,但就好像只闻其声未
见其人,需要visualize到底是如何一步步分析这东西的。
