然后查有关的review article, 看看那个领域已经发展到了什么程度，有什么
还需要研究的东西。
到时候，他应该会问你这几个问题：
1。你是做什么的？
2。你为什么对他的实验室感兴趣？
3。你大概什么时候可以开始？
提前准备一下，到时候回答的时候心里要有数。但是千万不要背书一样回答问题

来了以后听说老板打电话就是想看看我英文怎么样，实在是晕啊 |

Let him start the talk, u just follow his questions.
And u can also initiate the topics, judge by urself.
Read his papers, prepare some interesting questions, u must show ur
interests and motivation.

1) to know your english
2) to sense what your personality is by the way you talk
So the strategy for a phone interview is that keep everything simple. Some
basic techniques can be kept in mind:
1) preparing yourself very well, if you can not explain or introduce
something very well within 30'' to 1', you better not talk.
2) being open and honest, if you know, you say yes; if you don't know, you
say you don't know. But there are tricks to answer no. You should give
interviewer an impression that you are eager to learn everything you don't
know. Never pretending you know something you don't know and never give them
impression that you are ignoring them because of lazy.
3) talking about some of your ability to solve problems, especially with
examples. |
