Don't scare yourself.
My LP did this kind of program, she has been a medical director for 3 years.
She was a fresh PhD when she was accepted for the program. More or less
because of her, 3 PhD students from my previous postdoc lab went to the
place she was trained. All of them will easily get (2 of them already got) a
medical director job. My wife owns more than twice of my salary. We are
both biology PhD and I am 5 years older than her. :(
