-Ph.D. in computational biology/bioinformatics/statistics/applied math etc
with bench training and experience.
-Expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis of and hypothesis

throughput imaging assays data.
-Knowledge of text-mining and pathway analysis technology and software.
-Skills in database design and maintenance and programming in scripting
languages under both Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work with R&D, IT, and
clinical personnel in a matrix organization.
-Industrial working experience is desired but not required.
