标 题: 千老俨然已经成为正式职业，有track了！！！

普通破死刀：research fellow/scholar
3-6年之后升级为associate research
数年之后升为 research
最后千老炼成：senior research
take home message就是，广大破死刀不用再觉得自己事业无成了——当别人问起我们
的职业时，我们可以大声地向全世界说：我是一枚光荣的千老！ |

发帖数: 3539 | 3 装糊涂啊？破死刀已经从“临时过渡性行业”升级为“永久职业”了。破死刀不再是连
接phd和发考题的桥梁，而是独立支杈出去，自成循环。千老合法化了。千老们也别再
梦想有一天一定可以走到另一条track上。
因为贴心的学术界已经给千老们设计好一条康庄大track了。

wheel isn't gonna go anywhere but it's still a wheel, buddy.
slave is a life-time career, isn't it? so there should be a track for it.
and honestly, my friend, don't you think a 20-year postdoc deserves a title
that's more sounding than "just A postdoc"?
