Yes, he is a nice guy, and very supportive for young scientists, had
dinner with him years ago, he 八卦 some fascinating stories in St. Jude
Children's hospital :)

发帖数: 1789 | 3 谢谢捧场。好人也应该大力宣传。要不是我在这里，不好内部转，我肯定去他实验室。
5年以后如果做得不错很能提拔当faculty。我找工作他都给写了很强的推荐信，虽然我
们不熟。比我老板强万倍。以后审绿卡还会找他要推荐信。此人跟工业界联系甚多，有
想去工业界的要抓紧机会。

发帖数: 1789 | 10 He can promote his postdoc to PI at our center. He just recruited 2 postdocs
from St Jude to our center as PI and one is his postdoc. He is very supportive to young scientists. H1B, no problem. OSU supports EB1B as long as you have three years' experience.

the benefits are bad at this institute (6 holidays/year). Not many training
opportunities. But I believe he will offer a fair salary and will support
you to some conferences.
