1. How to search a mouse gene sequence?
2. What database should be use?

Search your gene
Click on your gene name to get to the genome browser interface
Click on the referseq link
At links to sequence, click Genomic Sequence from assembly
Specify the length of sequence you want to retrieve and other parameters
You get you sequence |
