我转载的很多文章,都是有经验的人些的.
虽然有的是2年前的,但是给人当入门教材,肯定是蛮适合的.
因为我转载的内容,都蛮真实,容易懂的.

One has to wake up and do something meaningful for him/herself instead of

And I think this kind of attitude is called "grass is always greener on the
other side of the fence" or 这山望着那山高 in Chinese.
It's a personal choice to decide one's own path. Whatever you decide, just
do it. Although I am still a postdoc and experiencing a low-productive
period, I respect and admire both those who decide to change and those who
persist. One day I may follow one path or the other, but no matter I choose,
it's gonna be my own decision, and I will not regret.

我个人的看法是, 这个生物版除了解决研究和技术问题, 还得为大家提供有用的信息.
打个比方, 上来说老板烂但是不写名字/暗示名字的帖子没有任何意义, 因为跟大家没
关系. 但如果说了那个学校哪个系, 至少可以让看到的人不受害. 纯抱怨意义不大.

很多人郁闷，就是因为想改变，却不知如何改变。换方向不是说换就换的，毕竟我们有
身份，经济各方面的限制。所以大家转行之前收集足够的信息是非常重要的。如果有人
把自己身边转行的实例写出来，或是转载其他人的，供大家参考，我觉得是很无私很有
