I am going to sublet one spacious room starting from the end of January 2013
, move in-out dates are negotiable.

apartment.
-- Fully furnished. Queen size bed, one desk, two chairs, wardrobe and other
facilities provided
-- Rent $650.
-- Share utility (around $15 per month) and kitchen and 1 bathrooms with me.
Current tenant is UC Berkeley PhD student major in Petrol Engineering.
-- Free to use my BIKE. (only 10 mins biking to UCB campus)
-- Walk to campus about 20 mins, (address: 2118 Spaulding st, apt 7,
Berkeley, CA, 94703). Month-to-month OK.
