等候和工作
经文: 「耶和华的手在那里降在我身上，祂对我说，你起来往平原去，我要在那里和你
说话。」（结三22）
凡被上帝大用的人，都先有一个特别等待的时期。摩西的四十年，保罗的三年
，主的三十年，都是顶好的例子。可是多少时候，上帝给我们安排一个等待的时期，一
个安息的地方，我们不能忍耐，我们以为太无聊了。我们常不能了解上帝的美意，以为
自己被上帝厌弃了。
要知道，上帝有时给我们工场，有时也给我们憩所。祂给我们出发的日子，也
给我们等待的时期。无论在工作中，在休息中，祂的爱毫不改变；虽然我们看不见、觉
不到，祂的爱仍然照旧。所以安息罢，存着感谢的心，接受上帝所安排的时间和地点罢
！ ──选
我的等待情形，远不及保罗那样严重，原则却有相通的道理，当我以为职业之
门已给我打开，欢迎我投入文学工作时，却被阻挡了，有一位先进直截了当地表示：「
绝对不行，她必须在写作和谋生之间作一选择，两者不能兼得。」
