A few thoughts after watching last night's game.
a) Shaq still owns the paint. Yao did not guard Shaq that much at all. It was
Taylor and Cato who sucked most of the abuses from a raging shaq. JVG was
smart in sacrificing the little guys to save their best offensive weapon--Yao.
If Yao had guarded Shaq 1-on-1 just like Shaq did to him, Yao would have
fouled out before the 3rd quarter ended. Just count how many fouls Taylor and
Cato took for Yao.
Right now Shaq is a lot slower now than 3 or 4 yea
