player. there are usually two ways to stop a contract: buyout or settlement.
when buyout is chosen, the team pays all the salary left on the contract. in a

renounce and undrafted are both for rookie selection, where "renounce" means
end college early; undrafted means not picked up by any team.
not sure what your "5" means, but it's not related to either waive or buyout.
