了。
前两天决定，要好好想一想双打的球路问题。
现在想到的两个
一是进攻质量不高时候的攻防转换。pd进攻，如果质量不高，要有保护对角的意识。
二是后场被动球的处理。这个要问问题
如果被推到腰位或者底线（这两种球处理方法一样吗？如果一样就一起说，如果不一样
就分开说）
有几种处理球的方法？我想到的是吊网前两边，吊网前中间的话估计会被拍死。还有抽
后场，那线路
呢？记得原来cuteniu说过后场被动时候大力抽对方中路。当时根本没这个能力就没有
想，现在想问
问：为什么这么打？
三是节奏问题。混双时候要抢要快。女双好像挑球吊球高球多了很多。我一个是不太能
慢下来，然后
出球质量又一般，结果pd搞得很狼狈。还有一个是速度一旦慢下来，出现机会的时候了
也抓不住了。
怎么看待女双的速度呢？ |

成抢球，或者不能使出全力击球，另外，打中路对方杀球的时候身体不容易展开，防守

线和斜线，基本就可以了。让对方无法判断，抢不到第一点。如果只会直线，那。。现
在就练习斜线吧。
3.速度在男双体现较多，女双业余的没到那种水平。只要高远球能打到位，对方应付起
来还是很吃力的。

不要去管那些条条框框，那是给正规军的。不管是天性，还是什么，很少看到女双
讨论战术的。没有配合，那就要强的个人技术，遗憾的是这个真没有。

这边球友们参差不齐，而且打得好的不和打得差的打。我实在看不下去，所以，就主动
的拉上坐冷板凳的同学上（其实是ld），哈哈～～当然，人家男双也不和我们俩打，只
好去练女双了。前提是只能拉吊。
由此发现很多女生打球问题，最多的就是意识跟不上，我回球都来了，才举拍，接的球
，拍面就来不及调整好，球往上走，不能下压。经过多次锻炼，大家进步还是挺快的，
某人封网比以前好多了，哈哈～ |

MD now. The shots placement, rotation, power of the shots, back court smash,
clear, and even back hand are just like MD. Many women that I played
against are able to clear, and smash from the back court, such as Dordor,
Nuinui, Kuku, yoyo, halfpiece, and many other. They all follow up with their
shots, even if you drop back at them, they are able to return it without
any problem. Overall, the strategy of WD is drive, drive and drive, and
compare men and women, I think women has better push than men in the same
level. For example, when one side smash, WD usually drive it back, but in MD
, they will lift it back. The only disadvantage women has is we might not
have that much power, that is why pushing/drives is important in WD.

the women that I been playing against in tournaments, there all are very
powerful, and they drive and drive, and smash and smash on every chance they
gets. Very very rare that they have to put up a clear, that is only when
they are out of position. This is also to do with the new 21 point system. I
think it change the whole strategy. During the old 15 points system, people
has time to relax and play more defensive game, but now with 21 points, the
game is more about offensive attack. When you clear, that is when the other
side has chance to attack back. If you ever have a chance to watch those
little girls on training session, they do mostly drives, smash, and drop,
all attack shots.

not play a backhand clear shot through the whole court, even man amateurs(
include me) could not do that.
For the speed, I think this needs powerful muclse and strenth. To hit the
bird at the earliest time, explosive power is neccessary.
I believe women have good drives and pushes when they return without moving.

你如果能保持和对手那些小奶娃一样的速度，那你就drive。如果你跟不上，你就会
死的很惨。打拉吊可以破坏对手的节奏，让对手急躁失误，消耗体能。象Rena Wang
和 Iris Wang姐妹，Eva Lee 都和男双对手训练，跟不上的时候，一样拉吊的。
前一阵，那个古健杰对李龙大，古健杰就是防守，差点把李龙大搞死。西羽女将如云，
可谁能搞定Anna Tang这个小奶娃？
业余选手的问题就用业余办法来解决。你让她们去drive，去举重增加力量，去跳绳，
没几个人能做到。

当时跟好几个人聊技术战术都能聊好几个小时的，呵呵，幸福的美好时光。

back court attack more threatening.
But imitating the pros in terms of power and endurance is impractical for
most amateurs > 30. e.g. if your fitness can't sustain continued smash,
reserve it only for good opportunities and drop more. Analyze how you lose
points against similar/slightly better opponents and improve that part.

1. You are fitter than opponents: increase the speed.
2. Slow down when you need to recover (energy or your position.)
3. Be mentally prepared to speed up the next shot even when you slow down.
Remember, slowing down is preparation for speeding up.

(Kate)beat her and her partner. Like Fox said, Anna is a single player. I
don't think a clear and follow by a drop will kill her. I played her in
single too, and its tough to beat her just with those. She was train for
those shots. As in double, Anna still young, once the speed of shots become
faster (drive/push and smash) she can be out of position, and in that case
you give her another clear, she would get back into position very fast. I
think people who think WD are slow, you guys all should see some of the top
players from Bay Area plays. I am not talking about Pro level, I am talking
about level in high C and solid B women, some of the men even have hard
time play against them. Also, if I 跟不上 their drive speed, I would not be
playing at the level as I am with Anna and others. As for Iris and Rena, the
twins are consider Pro-level, and I never had a chance to play against her.
However, personality I faced a lot of other good double women players than
Anna. Players like, Bonnie, Nancy, Daphne, Hanae, and many others.

Shen mm是第三。女双A组的冠军还是Anna Tang的组合，Shen mm 的组合被那对亚军淘
汰了。
赛前，半片同学做了预测，认为女单和女双都是Shen mm的，结果都是Anna。
