去，然后跟yonex协商，给我换了个新的。当然，来回的运费自己掏。
现在是放假，估计过几天就有人回复你了。如果badmintonalley不管，你可以直接给
yonexusa的客服联系，应该手续是一样的：把拍子寄过去，他们检验，然后决定是否给
你换新的。 |

两个多星期吧，我在外地，来回寄拍子要花时间
注意要讲清楚拍子的问题，为什么裂了。出示receipt

Contact badmintonalley and tell them what happened. They should be able to
contact Yonex and get a return # for you and have you mail the racket back
to Yonex. Yonex will then review the racket and evaluate the problem. They
will send you a new racket if they have determined it's a quality defect.
Make sure you DO NOT cut off the string when sending the racket back to
Yonex because they need to test string tension to see if it's ove |

我没注意到什么时候有这个裂痕的。。 裂痕看起来还在表面，漆掉了，在11点钟方向
，从孔向外，

这样有多大可能换一个新拍子？

是他们寄。＄２５应该是中间几趟来回的运输费。
我建议你就照他们说的，让他们帮你寄。你把拍子寄给他们的时候记得要用ｄｅｌｉｖ
ｅｒｙ ｃｏｎｆｉｒｍａｔｉｏｎ或者其他可以证明邮递的方式。然后过一段时间跟
ｂａｄｍｉｎｔｏｎ ａｌｌｅｙ那里ｆｏｌｌｏｗ ｕｐ一下就行了。ｙｏｎｅｘ那
里的ｔｕｒｎ ａｒｏｕｎｄ ｔｉｍｅ应该还是挺快的。我上次大概１个月就拿回新
拍子了。

你可以说用了几个月后发现裂开了，讲明你拉线的磅数。25块运费是你应该出的。拿到
新拍子的可能还是很大的，应该几个星期吧。
寄给badmintonalley的时候在包裹里面附一封信，说明情况，把receipt也加上。
