Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility of this position is to improve the multiphase flow
capabilities of the software.
Develop and implement algorithms to develop compressible flows (transonic to
supersonic flows) in AcuSolve
Work with the solver development team in implementing new features to
AcuSolve
Code maintenance bug fixes
Work closely with application engineers in developing validation and
training cases
Work closely with pre-processing and post-processing teams in developing
and implementing modeling and visualization features
Work closely with product managers in developing and executing long term
development plans
Skills and Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of theory and modeling of compressible flows
Experience in developing compressible flow solvers
Experience in developing finite element methods
Programming experience using C, C++, Fortran, and Python languages
Expertise in numerical methods and algorithm development
Strong computer skills using Linux operating systems
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
