this is a really bad example to apply to car buying:
a) you don't have to have a car;
b) you have ample access to vast amount of information;
c) you have lots of channels to verify the doc's suggestion.
Even if none of the above is true, I would ask the doc why
I needed an operation, for starters.
first of all, I never said that you should cheat others. Noone
should, as a matter of fact.
2ndly, minor vs. major accidents is likely quite subjective. If
